Why is it important to go with a founder-led company?
Two reasons. First, the playbook isn’t theory. I built Ultimate Food Tours from scratch, scaled it through GEO before anyone called it GEO, and sold the business on the back of that traction. The methodology you’re paying for is the exact one I used on my own brand — refined since on Nanotronics and other founder-led businesses. We sell what we shipped, not what we read in a white paper.
Second, accountability. The founder works your account. No junior account managers, no “strategist” two layers removed from the actual work. When you book a call, you talk to Scott. When something needs deciding, Scott decides. When something goes wrong, Scott fixes it. Bigger agencies trade founder access for headcount; we keep the access and stay deliberately selective on who we work with.
How do engagements typically begin?
Submit the audit form. Within one business day, Scott reviews your site and replies with a custom AI visibility report and a recommendation on which tier (if any) is the right fit. From there, we kick off — Strategy Consulting usually delivers in about two weeks; Strategy + Content engagements ramp over the first month; Enterprise scopes vary.
What does "AI-powered, expert-led" mean for content?
We use AI for the leverage steps — research, outlines, first drafts, repurposing across formats. Humans handle the parts that need judgment: strategy, voice, fact-checking, and the editorial calls AI can’t make. The result is more output at higher quality than either pure-human or pure-AI workflows.
How fast can I see results?
First measurable AI citations typically show up between 30 and 90 days. Strategy Consulting deliverables (the calendar, the site map, the discoverability updates) ship within about two weeks of kickoff.
Who's "Enterprise" actually for?
